Northern Hollow Winery Outside Of Foley Is Now Open

I saw the social media post last weekend while I was out of town, and my heart immediately sank. I wasn't going to be around for the soft-opening for Central Minnesota's 'newest' winery. Even though I wasn't able to make it out for the soft-open, it seems people are excited that Northern Hollow Winery is finally open!

'Newest' Winery Finally Open Outside Of Foley

I use newest in quotes as Northern Hollow was previously located in Pine County and over the last several months, the new winery was built just outside of Foley. On top of the physical building that needed to be built, vines needed to be planted, and product moved to the new location.

I reached out to Northern Hollow on social media to ask about the opening and what hours they would be open for those who are curious about the new business.

Here's how Northern Hollow responded to the soft-opening that took place last weekend: "This weekend went AMAZING!!! We had live music and everyone seemed to have a great time."

The winery will be open limited hours as they won't be open 7-days a week. The winery is open Wednesday - Sunday. You can expect to see the winery open on both Wednesday & Thursdays from 11am-8pm. Fridays and Saturdays from 11am-10pm and then Sundays from 11am-7pm.

On top of wine being offered, and soon beer, they will also be serving up wood-fired pizzas, paninis, and salads available for lunch and dinner.
