Catholic Charities Seek July Food Shelf Donations For Matching Grant

Catholic Charities is asking for your help stocking the Emergency Services Food Shelf for the month of July. According to their Facebook page, summer is when donations are needed the most because school is out and the families who rely on free and reduced breakfast and lunch programs don't have that resource in the summer.

In July, Catholic Charities will be participating in the 'Open Your Hearts Summer Challenge. They're asking for monetary donations because they can stretch your dollar farther with a matching grant.

This means that every dollar raised in the month of July will be matched and donated to the food shelf program.
