Can-Am Teams Cook-Up Some Four Alarm Chili

ST. CLOUD – Competitors in the Can-Am Police-Fire Games put down their guns and hoses on Wednesday afternoon and picked-up their pots and pans for the Chili Cook-Off.

There were nine teams in the event, mostly from Central Minnesota.

They were judged in four categories: consistency, aroma, presentation, and taste.  They judges were St. Cloud Fire Chief Bill Mund, St. Cloud Mayor Dave Kleis, and Sherburne County Sheriff Joel Brott.

Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals are being handed-out to the top three finishers at the Summertime By George concert also at Lake George.
