
California Man Hurt In Stearns County Crash
SARTELL - A California man had to be extracated from the pick-up he was driving after it collided with a truck and trailer. The Stearns County Sheriff's Office says it happened just after 2:00 p.m. today (Sunday) on 30th Avenue, north of 1st Street, in St. Wendel Township, just west of Sartell.
Twenty-seven-year-old William Papapetru of Redlands, California was going north in a F150 pick-up when he crossed the center line and struck a silage box that was being pulled by a truck. The driver of the second vehicle was 22-year-old Jake Uderman of Sartell.
Papapetru was extracated and taken to St. Cloud Hospital. Uderman was not hurt.
