Bringing The Zoo To You: Meet “Cookie” [VIDEO]

Meet our new friend "Cookie!" She's a red tail boa constrictor who greets visitors to the Hemker Park & Zoo in Freeport. I'm not a big fan of snakes...but she was very chill, and sweet (if that makes sense). I've enjoyed stepping outside my comfort zone, and holding animals (and reptiles) that the zoo brings in every other week. The Hemker Park & Zoo is open 7 days a week through the end of October.
