Avon Woman Hurt in One-Vehicle Crash
RICHMOND -- An Avon woman was hurt in a single-vehicle crash this (Monday) morning.
The Stearns County Sheriff's Office says 38-year-old Nikki Christen was southbound on County Road 9 about two miles north of Richmond when her SUV crossed over into the opposite lane of traffic, entered the ditch and struck a utility pole. The crash happened at about 8:30 a.m.
Christen was wearing her seatbelt and was taken to St. Cloud Hospital with chest and leg injuries.
