Avon Gears Up For Spunktacular Days

AVON -- Live music, games, prizes and food will make for a good time at this year's jungle safari themed Avon Spunktacular Days. 

The summer festival begins tomorrow (Friday) at 5:00 p.m. and goes through Saturday.

Friday features live music by the Levi Pelzer Band. Gunners Paint Ball Blast and The Beer Garden will be open each day.

Saturday's events include a craft fair,  5th Annual Lady Slipper Nature Ride, 5K and 1K run/walk, and the annual Spunktacular Days Parade, which had a new route this year, click here to see the new route, beginning at 7:00 p.m.

Each day ends with a fireworks display and features many activities for kids, the kids fishing contest, turtle races, inflatable games, petting zoo, pony rides, clowns, toy bingo, and tractor pedal pull.
