Alright, this might be the most unpopular post of the century...but, I don't understand why green beer is so popular on St. Patrick's Day.

Green beer isn't even an Irish thing. Prove me wrong. They don't sell green beer in Ireland. Yet, so many people will be flocking to local bars to fill up on green beer this weekend before St. Patrick's Day.

Does it taste different than regular beer--perhaps a hint of mint? No, no it doesn't. It tastes exactly like regular beer with some green dye. All it'll give you is some green poop later.

If you're really trying to celebrate St. Patrick's Day the Irish way, drink some Irish beers like Guinness, Murphy's Irish Stout, O'Hara's Irish Wheat, Kilkenny Irish Cream Ale, Harp Lager, etc . Anything. but. green. beer.

I don't understand the green beer craze, but if you still want to drink it, you do you, beau.
