There is a bar that has been a staple in Rogers, Minnesota since 1977.  And now, things will be changing with new owners of the MUNI bar. The Muni was purchased and now will be remodeled and providing an additional location for Craft and Crew.

Right now, Craft and Crew has 6 locations around the metro, and now will be adding this location in Rogers.  Craft and Crew Hospitality, LLC, the parent company, also has several locations in Dallas, Texas.

From home town source:

Brett Angell, Rogers Community Development director, told the council that Craft & Crew is “A well-known and respected restaurant operating group ... While the decision to move away from a long-term city operation is always difficult, staff believe that the prospective buyer will be a great addition to the business community and will bring a needed refresh to the building,”

Some of the cool factors of this group of restaurants is that they have great patios; and the patios are dog friendly.  Love that!

The current feel from the Muni bar is very comfortable and casual, and the community wants that feel to remain with the sale and purchase of the bar, which will now be Craft and Crew.

Unfamiliar with Craft and Crew?  They kind of have something for everyone including burgers and sandwiches.  But their focus is on broasted chicken, tacos and tequila

“We’re not a high-end place. We rely on regulars and businesses to keep us afloat. We want to continue to uphold the standards of the Muni.”

The exact date of the remodel and grand opening have not yet been announced.
