What Items Are Banned At Mystic Lake Amphitheater Events?

In an edition of "know before you go" as the new Mystic Lake Amphitheater opening is now about a month away, there is a list of things that are absolutely forbidden from inside the amphitheater.

WHAT ITEMS ARE YOU NOT ALLOWED TO BRING INTO THE NEW VENUE

Some of the things on the list are very obvious. Others I feel like I need more context. Like what prompted that item on the list. Actually, there is just one item that is a head scratcher.

Weapons & Drugs: Firearms, weapons of any kind, illegal drugs, and substances. Cannabis and THC products are strictly prohibited.
Food & Drinks: Outside food and beverages, alcohol, cans, and glass or metal containers. (Note: Guests can bring up to 1 gallon of water in a clear factory-sealed or empty plastic bottle).
Furniture & Gear: Lawn chairs, camping chairs, or chairs of ANY kind. Umbrellas, camelback hydration packs, hula hoops, and strollers are also banned.
Electronics: Laser pointers, drones, and professional cameras with oversized or detachable lenses.
Miscellaneous: Animals (except service animals) and fireworks

NOTICE THE ITEM ON THE LIST THAT SEEMS ODD?

You see the one that I'm questioning? Hula Hoops. Now, as I do understand why those would not be allowed, what prompted that move? Like the part where they mention that specifically. I feel like it's kind of like when you see a sign or a label that seems really obvious like "do not eat" on something that is pretty obvious. There must have been some situation what made them want to add hula hoops to the list of banned items.

THE OPENING IS LESS THAN A MONTH AWAY WITH A LOCAL SHOW AS A KICKOFF

The amphitheatre opens on June 20th with a celebration for the opening which has been delayed one year. There will be a show with local entertainment, and a chance of people to see and experience the venue for just $20. MGK will be the first National artist at the venue on June 22.
