SAINT MICHAEL -- An Albertville man is hurt after being thrown from his motorcycle Thursday afternoon.

The incident happened just after 4:30 p.m. on I-94, west of Highway 241 near Saint Michael.

The Minnesota State Patrol says 38-year-old Jaclyn Larson, of Maple Lake, quickly braked for traffic and swerved to avoid a crash.

50-year-old Hugh Morris, of Albertville, also swerved to avoid hitting Larson's vehicle, when his motorcycle clipped the vehicle, causing him to hit the cables in the median and was thrown from the motorcycle.

Morris was taken to North Memorial Hosptial with non-life threatening injuries. Larson was not hurt.
