Canada's native Tal Bachman is the son of  Randy Bachman, who is famous for his work in The Guess Who and Bachman-Turner Overdrive. "She's So High" is Tal's first single - his sound is far more mellow than his father's.

The idea behind the song came while he was in high school and had an experience trying to get a girl to date his stepbrother

Kurt Nilsen (Norwegian Idol) did a cover version of the song and it became Norway's best selling single ever.

Kurt won the 'World Idol' competition for Norway in 2004 against the Idol winners from other countries, including Kelly Clarkson, who came in second.
