80-Year-Old Woman Hurt In Crash North Of Melrose

MELROSE - A Melrose woman has been has been hurt in a crash. The Stearns County Sheriff's Office says it happened at about 8:45 a.m. this (Tuesday) morning on County Road 13, in Melrose Township, about two miles north of Melrose.

Eighty-year-old Geneieve Hannaman was heading south on the county road when she lost control on the ice covered road.

Hannanman was extricated from her car and brought to Melrose Hospital. She was then transferred to St. Cloud Hospital and is in fair condition.
