A recent study found we sleep better on Tuesdays than any other night of the week.The researchers have two theories on this.  One is that by Tuesday night, we've gotten through the first couple days of the work week, and we basically know what's coming for the rest of the week. Second, chances are you're not out getting drunk or eating a big meal on Tuesday night, which helps you sleep better.The study also found the second-best night of sleep is Monday, and the two nights when we get the worst sleep are Saturdays and Fridays.
