Air Supply provided the soundtrack to my courtship with my wife. When we were going through the typical ups and downs, highs and lows, Graham Russell and Russell Hitchcock were along for the ride. I spent many nights playing "All Out Of Love" over the phone to my then girlfriend from Altoona, Iowa.

Why do I have such an affection for the Australian duo? My personal stories aside, its all about the music. They've managed to place numerous songs on the Billboard Hot 100 from the mid 1970s through the mid 1980s. From "Lost in Love" to "Making Love Out of Nothing at All," "Even the Nights are Better" to the groups classic number one smash "The One That You Love." Not many recording artists can lay claim to over five decades of music with the success that Air Supply's had.
