Work on Beaver Island Trail to Cause Closures on 2 St. Cloud Streets

ST. CLOUD -- Construction on the Beaver Island Trail Project will cause traffic delays this week on two streets in St. Cloud.

Starting tomorrow (Monday), 5th Avenue North will be closed from 4th Street North to the Water Treatment Facility. The road is expected to be closed through Wednesday.

The construction will also cause traffic on the Veterans Bridge to be reduced at times to one lane in each direction from 5th Avenue North to 2nd Avenue Northeast.

The lane reductions are expected to last until Thursday.
