I found this statistic very interesting this morning on the Get Up & Go Show. According to a new study, the average woman GAINS seven pounds in the very first year of a relationship and the average guy LOSES around four pounds.  One of the main reasons given, is men try to adapt to their lady's healthier diet plan, while the women are matching the man's less healthy choices.

The women in the study blamed their weight gain on their man's terrible eating habits, while the men gave props to the lady's in their life for slimming them down.  Women also blamed arguments for their binge eating, while guys don't go to food for comfort after a blowout.
