Woman Accused Of Stealing Tractor, Crashing Into Hospital

LONG PRAIRIE - A Long Prairie woman has been arrested after allegedly stealing a tractor and crashing it into a hospital. The Todd County Sheriff's Office says it happened at 4:30 a.m. yesterday (Monday) morning.

Thirty-six-year-old Crystal Holmquist is accused of stealing the John Deere tractor from a business outside of town in Long Prairie Township before crashing it into Long Prairie Hospital.

No one was hurt.

Holmquist is facing charges of theft of a motor vehicle, criminal damage to property, and DUI.

The incident is still under investigation.
