Winter Storm Warning for Monday, November 10th [IMAGE]

The first MAJOR winter storm of the year is headed our way, prompting the National Weather Service to issue a Winter Storm Warning for both central and southern Minnesota starting at 3 am Monday through 12 pm on Tuesday.  We're looking at a possible 14 inches of heavy, wet snow with strong winds, which will make travel hazardous throughout the area.
