Weird Things I Believed As A Kid That Luckily Aren’t True

I believed some pretty weird stuff when I was a kid, and at the time it all made perfect sense. Now, as an adult, it's funny to think back on some of the crazy things I believed.

When I was six years old, I told my cousin Lindsey I thought I was pregnant because I had a crush on a boy in my kindergarten class. I thought when you liked a boy it meant you were going to get married to him and you were pregnant. I was relieved to find out that wasn't the case.

I also believed that my mom had eyes in the back of her head and could see everything I ever did all of the time. I'd always ask to brush her hair so that I had an excuse to try to find it! Not only did I never find it, I realized it didn't exist.
