The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources is all about the changing of the seasons. They know Minnesotans love fall and experiencing all of the beauty that comes with it. That's why they put together a comprehensive map that shows where each state park ranks in the color changing process.

Things are still looking pretty green around our great state according to the Chase The Colors map. But, there are a few parks that have already started entering into 'fall mode'.

Hayes Lake State Park and Zippel Bay State Park are both in the 10-25 percent range. Give it a few weeks and central Minnesota will have transformed into a fall wonderland of beautiful color.
