Usher brought the old-school jams to the 2014 BET Awards tonight (June 29).

Performing an extensive medley of almost all of his hits, the iconic R&B star (rocking an eyebrow-raising coonskin cap) started out with his '98 smash 'Nice and Slow' before bursting into other fan favorites, including 'Confessions,' 'Yeah,' 'U Remind Me' and 'Caught Up.'

Not only was the performance totally sizzlin', it reminded viewers of just how many smash hits Usher has had in his career -- way before he was a mentor for Justin Bieber (which, of course, host Chris Rock joked about before Usher's performance). And in addition to his vintage hits, Usher concluded the nostalgic number with his latest, the raunchy 'Good Kisser.'

In case you ever questioned Usher's raw talent, his BET performance tonight will leave no doubt in your mind, singing and dancing with the kind of confidence and skill that only a veteran performer has perfected.
