Two Hurt in Meeker County Crash

WATKINS --  Two people were hurt after a crash in Meeker County Sunday night.

The incident happened at about 9:30 p.m. at the intersection of Meeker Stearns Street and County Road 2 in Forest Prairie Township near Watkins.

Sheriff Brian Cruze says 57-year-old Mark Eckerly, of Eden Valley, collided with a skid loader at the intersection. Eckerly was taken to St. Cloud Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The driver of the skid loader, 19-year-old Tyler Dockendorf of Watkins, was treated at the scene for minor cuts.
