Kelly Cordes and I hit up the new ninja gym in St. Cloud to switch up our usual workout! Ninjas United is the new American Ninja Warrior Gym located on Roosevelt Road in St. Cloud, next door to Airmaxx.

We at Ninjas United want everyone to have a safe and educational experience while allowing kids and adults to explore the obstacles on their own. Classes start with a group warm-up. We strive for roughly a 50/50 ratio of self-guided exploration and coach structured help.
