“Total Request Live” on MTV is Coming Back–For One Day [VIDEO]

MTV's TRL went off the air in 2008 and hasn't been talked about since. Carson Daly was the original host of the hit video countdown. Daly is now the host for NBC's "The Voice".

Now, Ariana Grande is set to host a special 30-minute T.R.L. on Wednesday, July 2nd. Show time is slated for 6:00 (central).

The MTV reboot will actually be called "Total Ariana Live" and Grande will perform her hit "Problem" live in front of the audience, just like they use to. Ariana has also said she will be making HUGE announcement during the show.
