OAKVILLE, ON. - You'll be able to stop for a coffee or donut at a Tim Hortons in Minnesota in the near future.

The company that owns Tim Hortons (Restaurant Brands International INC.) says in a news release that they've reached a deal to expand and grow the restaurant in Minnesota. The agreement is the largest of its kind for the Tim Hortons brand in the U.S. and includes development commitments over 14 years.

Unfortunately, specific locations aren't mentioned - it isn't clear if a Tim Hortons will move into St. Cloud or Central Minnesota. The news release does say that they're looking to introduce the store to more than five million people across the state.

Tim Hortons was founded in Canada in 1964, they offer coffee drinks, smoothies, baked goods and sandwiches.  They have over 4,400 restaurants in Canada, the U.S. and the Middle East.
