Justin Bieber has been in the news again this time for his comments in a recent interview and Blue Ivy is on the tip of everyones tongue. No it's not a new happy hour drink, it's the first child to come into the world for parents Jay Z and Beyonce. It's also the youngest person to chart on the Billboard Hot 100. That's right, Blue Ivy already has her first record on the Billboard chart. After just being hours old, Jay Z recorded a track with the sound of his new daughter crying. It's entering the chart next week at 75 and credits read…featuring "B.I.C." (for Blue Ivy Carter).
