This Courtroom Video Will Outrage You [VIDEO]

I've watched several videos like this in the past and never had a reaction like I did with this one.  As a father, husband and citizen, I'm outraged that this was allowed to happen in a courtroom of all places in 2013.  Please watch and post your comments below.

Women are not even safe in a court of law.  How this could happen under the watchful eye of a judge and police officers is beyond my comprehension.
