Apparently the hot new fitness craze is CRAWLING AROUND. Instead of jogging or walking, you crawl around the house or office. And some fitness experts say that even a few minutes of it a day can help you build that strength your looking for and get healthier. If you want to try it, get down into a crawling position, make sure both of your arms and both of your legs are moving, and keep your head up looking straight ahead. Cheers to being a baby again!
