The Top 10 ‘Minnesota’ Songs on Spotify

I learned so much just by searching "Minnesota" on Spotify. Did you know there is an artist that goes by the name, Minnesota? I love finding new music and this simple one word search definitely helped with that.

The #1 song that shows up when our state is searched is "Minnesota" by Lil Yachty, Quavo, Skippa Da Flippa, and Young Thug. If you've never heard this song, the lyrics go something like "cold like Minnesota". Which is accurate. One of my favorites on this playlist is "Minnesota Lakes" by Roberto Bates. It's an upbeat EDM type track that screams partying-on-a-pontoon-all-summer-with-your-friends.

Looking for something a bit mellower that still packs a punch? Check out "Minnesota Girls" by The Shackletons. "It's now 30 below and I can't feel my toes, damn it's great to be home." is my favorite line from the song. Mainly because we have all been there.
