A new study tracked 80,000 people over the past 15 years, and found that playing tennis and squash increase your life expectancy more than any other sport!  People who regularly played racket sports were 47% less likely to die during the study, compared to just 13% for joggers.

I am more that willing to believe this. I used to work the Tennis Desk at Life Time Fitness in White Bear Lake,which just so happens to have one of the biggest tennis programs of any Life Time facility. Most of the clients were older people and you could tell the tennis players from the joggers, yogies or weight trainers. The tennis players just seemed more full of life! It might be time to look into a tennis league in the St. Cloud area!
