Any diet that lets me eat donuts and drink coffee sounds good in my book. A recent study out of Yale University found that the key to losing weight could be eating two breakfasts every single day: A small one early on, then a bigger one a little later. They say having two breakfasts kick starts your metabolism and stops you from binging on food later in the day.

Apparently in the long run, you'll drop the pounds! So have at it! Yale can't be wrong!
