THE GREAT DANE STORY

You know how much I love big dogs, and since getting my first Great Dane, I can say that this is one of my favorite dogs. Great Danes are very loving, and sensitive. So sensitive, that aggressive behavior in training isn't the best for these kind of dogs. So many people see a Great Dane, buy one, and then realize that these big dogs may be too big for their lifestyle.

It's not typical to see a Great Dane in a shelter. So a special place has been created especially for the beautiful dogs. If you are someone that wants to adopt a Dane, or simply have had a lifestyle change, and can no longer take care of your Dane, this is the place you want to call.

GREAT DANE FARM SANCTUARY

The Great Dane Farm Sanctuary is a place for adoption, as well as a temporary or permanent home for Danes that are no longer adoptable. Those that are either  ill, agressive, or elderly. This farm serves Minnesota and Wisconsin alone, and lets Great Danes live out their lives in dignity.
