The First Pictures of Jessica Simpson’s Baby Sold for $800,000

New Mom Jessica Simpson just sold the first photos of her newborn, Maxwell Drew Johnson to People Magazine for $800,000. While that seems like way to much money for photos of a "celebrity" baby, that actually on the low-end of celebrity baby pics.

Four years ago People bought the first shots of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's twins for $11 Million!!! It doesn't seem like the world is that obsessed with baby photos anymore. Industry people have said that the market for baby photos will never get outrageous again.

To be perfectly honest, paying money for baby photos is crazy! To sell the photos is just as crazy! For one, these people are worth millions themselves, why make money of your baby. Celebrities complain way to much about not having privacy, so let's get paid to put our stuff out there. Beyonce and Jay-Z didn't make a dime off photos of Blue Ivy; they just posted their pictures online.

Anyway, off my soap box, Jessica does seem to be enjoying motherhood. Some of her recent tweets include:

"Motherhood is by far the best thing I've ever experienced."

"She is insanely beautiful.  I can't help but play dress up!"

"I'm addicted to buying headbands with massive flowers for Maxwell."
