The Average Family Only Spends 34 Minutes a Day Together

How much time do you spend together as a family? I know in our household its organized chaos much of the time. Macy has dance three nights a week, I have various community meetings and my wife is trying to finish the laundry with the one free hour she has.

A new survey found some alarming stats about quality time together.

1. The average family only spends 34 minutes together during the week.

2. You spend 97 minutes together on weekends.

3. 80% of parents feel like they don't spend enough time with their children.

4. The average family only eats four meals a week together.

5. And when you are spending time together . . . 60% of parents say they're watching TV or everyone's on their smart phones.
