As if there weren't enough wild, adventurous and sometime downright outrageous flavors at the State Fair, they've just added "s'more."

No, really -- you'll officially be able to try s'mores-flavored ice cream this summer at the Minnesota State Fair.

Following a public vote to determine Dairy Goodness Bar's Flavor of the Fair, "That's S'more Like It," came out ahead of "It's Breakfast, Dontcha Know?" and "Sweet Heat."

The campfire-inspired blend is Golden Grahams cereal, mini marshmallows and chocolate syrup blended in vanilla ice cream or malt. Says Midwest Dairy's Minnesota State Fair project manager Alyssa Olson, "That's S'more Like It" will "take you away to weekends at the cabin, where the days start with sunshine and with s'mores by the campfire."

Plan your trip to the Dairy Goodness Bar in the Dairy Building this summer. A sundae will cost you just $5 and a malt $6.
