LITTLE FALLS -- Two teenagers are awaiting charges after damaging several mailboxes in Morrison County.

The incident happened at about 3:00 a.m. yesterday (Tuesday) along Highway 27 east of Little Falls.

Morrison County Sheriff Shawn Larsen says deputies responded to the area and saw several mailboxes were damaged. Little Falls Police later found a vehicle on the side of the road with two 17-year-old boys inside.

Both admitted to police they damaged the mailboxes with a baseball bat.

Over 60 mailboxes were damaged throughout the townships of Little Falls, Agram, Pierz and Buckman.
