Teenager Hurt in ATV Accident Near Harding

HARDING -- A teenager is hurt after rolling his ATV in Morrison County over the weekend.

The incident happened at about 5:00 p.m. on 273rd Street in Platte Township, northwest of Harding.

The Morrison County Sheriff's office says 16-year-old Austin Simon, of Fort Ripley, was driving his ATV when he applied his brakes to turn into his driveway, lost control and rolled.

The ATV came to a rest on Simon's leg.

He was taken to the hospital with an injury to his leg and minor cuts to his hands.
