ST. CLOUD -- One man was hurt and two others were jailed after an argument turned violent last (Wednesday) night.

It happened in the SuperAmerica parking lot at 600 Highway 10 South at 11:00 p.m.

St. Cloud Police say a 24-year-old man got into an argument with the suspects when they began punching him. Police say one of the suspects then pulled out a handgun and pointed it at the victim. They ran from the scene on foot.

Police were able to track the suspects to an apartment building in the 300 block of 14th Avenue Southeast. Officers arrested 21-year-old Darion Billingslea of St. Cloud and a 17-year-old boy. Police found a black handgun at the scene and determined it was the teen who had pointed the weapon at the victim.

Billingslea was cited for 5th degree assault and released. The teen suspect was arrested on suspicion of 2nd degree assault.

The victim suffered only minor injuries in the incident.
