Taylor Swifts New Home

The first thing I asked when I heard Taylor Swift was buying a home in Rhode Island was whether or not she had a new boyfriend who lives down the street.

We're still not sure if it's true, but if she does end up buying this home, she will have lots of room to entertain. With five bedrooms, more than 11,000 square feet of living space and over 700 feet of waterfront, we can only imagine the kind of  party Taylor would host.

But here's the deal. The last time the house was on the market was in 2010 for a cool $24 million. But, the house isn't even on the market now. Then again, when you're Taylor Swift, do you really have to wait for a house to be on the market to make an offer? Probably not.
