Mornings in my house can be a little crazy, having a five-month-old daughter, that doesn't leave a ton of time for breakfast.

I used to have a daily routine of getting up at 6:00 every morning, working out, showering, followed by a tasty egg white omelet with fresh veggies... DAILY.

Those days are pretty much gone. Instead, I'm up at 5:30, feeding a baby, burping a baby and then usually falling back asleep with the baby for about an hour... DAILY. Then it's play time and try to get her distracted with her toys enough that I can put my pants on, I put my pants on two-legs at a time now, just to save time.

Mornings are fun with my daughter, but by the time it's time to go, I've been up for nearly three-hours and haven't eaten anything. Thinking back to supper around 7:00 the night before, it's been closer to 12-hours. I'm hungry.

I came across this little life hack on BUZZFEED (love that website) and this morning (February 3, 2015) was my first attempt at eating the "life hack" breakfast. I actually enjoyed it.

Here's what you do, to make a weeks worth of easy breakfast... take a cupcake baking pan, spray it with non-stick spray, dump an egg into hole and toss it in the oven for 15-minutes at 350-degrees. The eggs come out cooked, you toss them in a Tupperware container and put them in the fridge.

The next morning, you toast your bagel, English muffin, toast, or whatever your bread choice is... toss the egg in the microwave for about 30-seconds and BAM! Breakfast sandwich in two minutes or less.

I added pepper jack cheese to my egg and it tasted pretty good. I'm going to try adding green peppers and tomatoes to my next batch.

I need bagels too.
