The concert series "Summertime By George" is getting organized for later this year. The St. Cloud Rotary Club will officially make their request to hold the event to the St. Cloud City Council Monday.

The annual St. Cloud summer concert series is set to kick off another year. Summertime by George begins it's fifth year of music, food and fun tomorrow (Wednesday) night.
This is Chris Hawkey's fourth time headlining Summertime by George, and this time he is bringing some of his new music to the stage. His latest album, Country Underneath, just came out this year and Hawkey says he'll be playing every song off that album at the concert. He'll be taking the stage at 6:30 p.m.
Collective Unconscious has been playing the music of The Beatles since the band started. Performing the entire album was actually one of their first performances after they released their first album. Singer Jeff Engholm says you'll be hearing this great music, and more at tonight's Summertime by George.
Pamela McNeill isn't new to the Summertime by George stage, but this is the first time she is taking the stage with one of her own shows. She also has the pleasure to perform to the Lake George crowd twice this year since she will be performing with The Fabulous Armadillos later this month.
Jeremiah James Korfe will be taking the stage tonight at 6:30 p.m. He says he will be playing his new single "Work" as well as some songs from his upcoming album. Todd Hurst and his band "The Whiskey Three" will be opening the show starting at 5:00 p.m.
GB Leighton isn't new to Summertime by George. The band has played here several years, and frontman Brian Leighton says they are excited for another year in St. Cloud. They will take the stage at 6:30 p.m. Summertime by George kicks off at 5:00 p.m. with songwriter Julie Patchouli and guitarist Bruce Hecksel.
