The friendly community of Rockville rolled out the red carpet for Central Minnesota during Rockfest this weekend- The theme for this year was 'Clowning Around Rodeo Style' and that meant Charlie The Clown, a milking contest, and a kid's tractor pull (biggest crowd of the day!) were just some of the fun you'd encounter.
