The phones at the Stearns County Sheriff's Office have been busy since last Thursday's news conference announcing the arrest of Danny Heinrich.

A news conference has been scheduled for 2:00 p.m. today (Thursday) in Minneapolis. A spokeswoman from the Jacob Wetterling Resource Center tells WJON news that it is related to the Jacob Wetterling Case.

I'm sure like most of you, I can't believe its been 26 long years since eleven-year-old Jacob Wetterling was kidnapped from his hometown of St. Joseph.

Author Rob Ebben will be a guest speaker at the Stearns History Museum on Wednesday, January 21st at 6:30 pm. Rob's book "The Jacob Wetterling Story" will be released later this year.

The Jacob Wetterling case is set to be featured on a CNN program on Sunday night.

February 17th is Jacob Wetterling's 36th birthday, Wetterling went missing from St. Joseph on October 22, 1989 and his case remains open and unsolved.
