Step Aside, Pumpkin Spice – THIS is the Real Fall Flavor

There is a raging battle every Fall over the (un)official flavor of the season. From Pumpkin Spice Lattes to Pumpkin Spice Oreos to Pumpkin Spice pizza, Pumpkin Spice has, in recent years, become a top contender and may very well have earned the title in its own right.

But there will always be one Autumnal flavor to rule them all, by my reckoning - apple. Long before there was ever a Pumpkin Spice Latte, there was apple cider. Before Pumpkin Spice Candy Corn there was the candy/caramel apple. Before Pumpkin Spice Pringles there were apple cider donuts.

My favorite find this year has been Special K's Apple Cinnamon Crunch. Limited edition, I've been buying this in bulk, so I'd suggest you get yours while you still can.

Long live apple cinnamon, the true Fall flavor!
