Huffington Post is reporting a gym in England has created a class called Napercise. Basically you go to the gym to take a nap! You put on your comfiest work out clothes, go into the studio and take a 45 minute nap. There are some stretches before and after, but it isn't anything too intense.

The gym says that the class is a mood booster, stimulates the mind and even burns calories!

According to Daivd Lloyd Clubs research, over 86% of parents experience fatigue, and when you are well rested you're more likely to be happier and healthier!
