St. Cloud Waldo’s Pizza For Sale

ST. CLOUD - A downtown St. Cloud pizza place is for sale.

Waldo's Pizza owner Mike Henning says he's looking to sell the business while he works to expand Waldo's into other Minnesota markets.

"I just simply can't be in two places at once. It's my goal to have a few other locations open in Minnesota."

Henning says he's unable to say anything on specific locations until business partners are ready to make an announcement.

Waldo's Pizza has been serving St. Cloud for over 30 years. Their website calls their pizza "New York style" with a specially seasoned sauce blend. Henning says he bought the business about 12 years ago with his brother. Waldo's moved into its current downtown location in 2012.

Waldo's will continue to sell its pizzas and hot subs. Ideally: Henning says he'd like to sell the business while still owning the building.

"It would stay Waldo's. I'd also be willing to help finance someone who's interested in the business, just to help them start out. I just ask if you are seriously interested to contact me at Waldo's."
