St. Cloud Parking Ticket Payments Moving From City Hall To Police Department

ST. CLOUD - Starting Monday, if you get a parking ticket in St. Cloud you'll need to go to the police department to pay for it - or contest it - instead of at City Hall.

City Clerk Gregg Engdahl says the change is being made to improve efficiency. The people writing the tickets are in the police department, but until now the people processing those tickets have been in the finance department.
