St. Cloud Declares Snow Emergency

ST. CLOUD -- The City of St. Cloud has declared a snow emergency.

It will go into effect at 12:01 a.m. Tuesday.

It will be in effect for 72 hours unless rescinded earlier due to favorable weather conditions.

During a snow emergency, parking regulations will be enforced and illegally parked vehicles will be towed.
