Spice Girls Are Back [AUDIO]

Can you believe it was (16) years ago today the Spice Girls released their first single, "Wannabe" which went all the way to the #1 spot in (31) countries around the globe.  Sixteen years later the group that went their seperate ways back in early 2000 reunite to launch Viva Forever!, a musical based on their hit songs. The British pop group consisting of hotties Victoria Beckham, Melanie Brown, Emma Bunton, Melanie Chisholm and Geri Halliwell debut the musical that explores the “bitter reality of fame” at a London hotel today. Viva Forever! is the latest show in what is being hailed as a jukebox musical, which uses a set of songs for a fresh original storyline.

 The Spice Girls may not dominate radio today as they had so many years ago but they certainly have made a worthy mark on the pop music scene . The group went on to sell over75 million albums worlwide.
